Wow. What would it take to become a panda researcher in China?

[e] And there's a YouTube video (edit: no longer available) of an ABC news report here. See the pandas in action.

There's no way that guy is making it out of that pen alive! Those pandas may look cute, but they could tear that guy apart!

Shifty's observation is exactly why they need panda researchers. They seem to have a bit of trouble understanding pandas.

OMG, they are so cute. It's nice to see some positive action with pandas, their numbers have dwindled some much over the years...probably down to a 1,000 or so.

- since nearly any animal seems to be fair game on the market, how much would a bowl of panda chili cost?

- and would it taste like beef or chicken?

What that because of the incident where some guy found his leg being chewed off by a panda??? and he bit back?

I think you've got the right one, but you've twisted it a bit. It was a guy who wanted to hug a panda, so he jumped the fence at a zoo, started getting mauled, and bit back.

What's up with the creepy watermark in the lower left of the OP's photo? I mean, are those like the ghosts of the dead panda siblings who didn't make it through birth or something?
