Need your guys' help in an experiment..

If any of you guys have a little time, I'd love to get your help with an experiment.

    Download the following mp3 file - http://matosconsulting.com/sounds.mp3

and listen to the whole thing with stereo headphones while you're doing something - work, laundry, BF.net, etc.. It's 20 minutes long and not disruptive. Then post back and describe what your current mood/feelings are. It'd be helpful to describe how you felt beforehand, too.

It's not a joke file, there's not going to be a random screaming sound or loud noise to suddenly startle you. Just twenty minutes of audio.

So yeah, do listen and post. Thanks.

I'm feeling relaxed and slightly tired before bed. After about 10-15 minutes of this stuff, I'm feeling hungry...

Before I was depressed and angry.

Now, I feel the same but with a slight headache. By the end it was to high pitched and sounded like nails on a chalk board.

    Peace!

OK....I will answer seriously (not the "norm" for me or anybody in FOO for that matter).

It wasn't bad. At first I thought it was going to put me to sleep, but that steady motor hum or whatever it is worked better than I thought. It had me keeping focused on what I was working fairly well and was not putting me to sleep.

At the same time, it was relaxing.

As for mood, I can't say it changed my mood any.

I only allow myself to be felt by unfelt felt thank you. And only real felt, not pelt felt.

I like to listen to that kind of stuff at night in bed, just barely audible, while I sleep. I find it helps me go to sleep and stuff. Didn't have time today to participate in the experiment, sorry

Yeah, DSL isn't available where I live, and I don't watch much TV so I hate to pay for cable. Meh. Maybe I'll go satellite. After things settle down here a bit.
