I decided this morning that I even like riding on a trainer. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

The sun's been out all day. We're in the double digits. Makes me want to dig out some winter gear and ride outside, but as mentioned earlier - I don't really mind the trainer!

I did just eat some avocado and black beans for lunch. Perhaps avocados are mind-altering?

Either that, or I just like bikes.

I gotta have a good movie to watch while I'm on the trainer. Not many good movies lately. I guess that explains why my pants are getting tighter.

South Beach diet, here I come.

I don't have that attention span when on the trainer. Someone had left a DVD of Genesis music videos from the early 90's next to the TV this morning, so I watched that for a while.

I got off the trainer about 7 hours ago, so I don't think that's it.

I like biking too but because it's pretty darn cold in Gatsby country and I've got some nasty beastie threatening to develop into a far more expensive infection I'm going to just have to settle once again for being chased around my local Walmart on one of their $58 steeds .

The ride later in the police car is even MORE fun...
