    Well, today for my 48th birthday our cook made PIE - my wife had to work really hard to explain the concept to the cook. Seems there isn't a lot of pie happening down here. The pie was great, strawberry and blackberry with a butter cookie crust with a nice scoop of ice cream on the side.

    It was very good but I think she should practice more.
