Foooooooo-r your pleasure

It is I, Excelsior!

I have arrived early tonight for yallllls pleasure.

Tonight, I shall not go insane with food. I am not drunk on skittles. I am trying.

With this in mind, I have a question :

What can you change in your life within a month that can change you for the better? Are you willing to do it? Is it too hard?

I would stop drinking coffee and try to do yoga 5-6 times a week. Of course, I'm willing to do it, and no, its not that hard.

Awww, its not that hard. Once you get past the first few days, its a breeze! I didn't think it was hard at all, but then again, its pretty easy for me to give up stuff.
