Any EASY free photo editor programs?

My comp took a dump. I used Photo It 7.0 and liked it. I also have photoshop but PI is so much easier. All I did was resize photos of forum rides and such to email them to other riders.

Ok, maybe an ocassional touch up of a pimple on the nose!

I can't get my disc to spin up in my cd player to load Photo It. So I figure I can get one that I can load from the web till I get a new computer.

Anything ez out there?

I like the GIMP too myself. though mainly for optimizing and resizing my HUGE (3072x2304px) uncompressed images from my 7 megapixel digital camera. The interface can be a nightmare at times but there are some "skins" that you can install to make the interface more similar to the photoshop program if you are used to it. And there are a good number og guides online for learning how to use GIMP such as "Grokking the GIMP" (Highly recommended reading for learning how to use GIMP).

P.S. Plus I generally support open source programs like Firefox, Blender3D, and whatnot anyway.

:EDIT: oh I forgot, here is a link to the GIMP site, http://www.gimp.org/

The GIMP. Unless you are pushing Photoshop to its limits, it does pretty much all image stuff you need. The price is right too, although I did send a donation in.

I think the keyword here was easy
My dad uses both IfranView and Snag-It. I personally use Snag-It. Both programs are very user friendly. Snag-It is 19 bucks iirc, however. well worth it however imho.

I use irfanview all the time for resizing, but that's about it. It's great for what it is, but features and tools are pretty stark.
