Not too bad, but I'm glad I'm not doing it anymore. It gets old after a while . You have youth on your side, though .

    Thanks!

    What's that frilly yellow thing?

I need to get a proper flat-bar road bike. My POS Walmart singlespeed conversion is not cutting it anymore.

The chainring is a 46 (stock) and I replaced the stock 15 tooth cog with an 18 to give the bike a better gear range for zipping around the city and hauling good amounts of stuff.

The old range on the AW hub was 43-57-76 gear inches while the new range is 36-48-64 gear inches and makes it quite easy to cruise at 15-17 mph in the middle gear.

The smaller wheels do make the chain-ring appear to be larger and folders do need taller gearing to compensate for their wheel size... if you used the Twenty's stock (the 46:15) gearing on a bike with 26 inch wheels and AW hub you would have a gearing range of 60-80-106.

The frilly yellow thing is a hub cleaner, or as the Japanese call them "Hub hair".
Very very old idea but all the rage here to upset the aesthetics of your bike (does a great job too)
