Hey Joe: I love you man...

Speaking to Joe, of course, who owns this place.
http://bikeforums.net/member.php?u=1255

6 years (just shy) you're awesome: I've gained a whole lot from this place. The changes have been different, but the evolvment from small group to large gathering place is a tribute to how well you run things.

Thanks, A LOT for this place!!

I've been here for about 6 years too. Not always active, but always surfing around keeping up with stuff.

5 years for me...this place has kept me sane in this long freaking winter. I barely remember what a bike feels like at this point. Kudos.

Gosh, I certainly hope so. I mean, I do not plan on doing a Dance of the Seven Veils for him any time soon, if you catch my drift . . . .

Joe is the bomb. Bikeforums, Sheldon Brown, Rivendell and Peter White websites all helped me fine-tune what I wanted and needed out of a bike for being car-free. But Bikeforums was by far the most helpful. Lots of good people on here.

Oh, and I'd probably still be riding my crappy little undersized Panasonic Sport 1000 if it weren't for bikeforums. So it's either damn you! or thank you! depending on how my bank account is comming along.

But we know for sure that the Panasonic is saying a big ol' "thankee kindly," pretty much every day. You would, too, if you had been liberated from a lifetime spent in close proximity to explody's cloaca maxima.
