Chocolate gives me headaches. My favorite chocolate post-ride is Yuengling.
Reacting is mind candy; it requires no thought. Thinking is tedious.

Post ride pleasure? What about before ride pleasure? I've made chocolate oatmeal for breakfast followed by a Stonyfield chocolate yogurt with some chocolate milk before a morning ride. Ummmmmm so good.

If you can't tell, I looooove chocolate. I'll take just about anything but something with almonds or nuts other than peanuts.

For the run of the mill it's Hereshey's Special Dark. For a real treat, I love dark chocolate with truffles. Dark Chocolate is rich in anti-toxins. Yea, that's why I eat it.

    DARK Dark dark dark dark

The new Hershey's 70% cocoa is pretty good. Godiva is even better, though priced more like gold.

Scharffen Berger 70% Cacao Bittersweet that I buy in the grocery store. I've always liked bittersweet chocolate, and I started buying this stuff for an evening snack when it started showing up in grocery stores. Just about everything else tastes like slime in comparison, even so, I really like the new dark chocolate M&M's.

I also make my recovery drink with light, chocolate soy drink and chocolate Endurox (with a bananna & ice).

Home made mole' sauce with freshly ground mexican chocolate is really good too.

Walmart sells a pretty good chocolate (Belgian I believe). A big bar is about $1.50 as I recall.
