My new favorite gum.

As I learned when buying gum at the airport today, Orbit gum now comes in a "mint mojito" flavor. YUM.

Whoa- awesome! I was visiting a small town in central PA a couple of years ago- the general store there sold both Clove and BlackJack gum- I was totally time-warped. Such good stuff.

Gots to try that mojito though- does the rum come through?

Unfortunately not, but the flavor is pleasantly faithful. I guess you could just pound rum while you chew...

DrPete-

I was hoping your new favorite gum would be from the Trident / Stride / Dentyne line. Please keep me employed.

I thought it was about BlackBlack gum....nothing like a super menthol flavored caffeinated gum to give you a nice kick in the pants.

I also like that gum.
My mother hated it?

You found it at the airport? Perfect.
When I first tried it you know what I thought of?

The airport.
For some reason when I chew it I feel as though I'm in an airport
I like airports so it's cool.

Maybe there is a universal cleanser that airports use that smells like mint mojito somewhat? ..maybe the little things in the urinal. I don't know.

I read an excellent article in a scientific journal about the limits of artificial flavouring and human taste buds; double-blind tests proving that the many varieties of Jello brand gelatin to be nothing more than a mixture of self-hypnosis, clever marketing, and the placebo effect.

I wonder what those scientists would say about this "mojito-flavoured" gum.

I have tried it and I do think it is very good. Although the pieces are kinda big as I am used to the smaller pieces.

Not usually...I'm not terribly coordinated, so it would be asking for disaster...
