Anyone in Massachusetts play paintball?

Just bought a paintball gun today, and really looking forward to playing. I've been trying to get a decent painball for quite some time but moneys been tight. So now I'm looking for places to play, and people to play with.

The best field I've been to in that area is Fox 4 in Upton, MA. Very professional staff, well run and they offfer woodsball and speedball. I've been out of the game for a while but I'm looking to get back in. I'd be happy to meet up with you there some time.

What kind of marker did you get? Have you played much if at all?

Fox 4 has actually been a priority for me. I found their website and the place seems pretty amazing. I'd like to try one of those huge scenario games they do.

My friend Sold me a Tippmann A-5, a flatline barrel, 200 round hopper, 16oz CO2 tank, 20oz CO2 tank, Podd belt, 6 pods, Goggles, gloves, and all the gun cleaning equiptment for 200$

The marker is MINT. He said all he did was empty out the hopper once. He bought it becuase his friends told him they were going to start playing last year, but they never did. There isnt a scratch or ding on it.

So far I have not played, but I will be going to a field this week.

That's a pretty nice set up to start with. Don't forget to clean it after every use and oil it every other time or so. Also don't be shy about asking questions at Fox 4 they have an imense amount of technical and practical knowledge (both for markers and the game).

Enjoy your first time out and don't let the welts and pain scare you away. Yes there will be welts and some may last for a few weeks, but they do make nice conversation pieces.
