Im going to my sisters pretty soon. It's going to be outside and there are 200 girls which mean Ill have to sit through 400 names, cause theyll repeat it twice I believe. Somethng like that. Then I have to take pictures afterwards, and ugggg. It starts at 6:30. I wonder what time it will be over. Any ideas?

Keep in mind that, due to a flux in space-time, as long as the graduation ceremony is for the viewer, it takes twice as long for the participant.

When my daughters got their degrees from Florida State, each of the four ceremonies lasted about three hours. Bring a good book.

It depends on what dork is chosen to speak and how long they want to drone on for. Typically....2 to 4 hours I'd guess.

Yesterday mine was 3.5 hours and it felt four times that, then I had a 6 hour dry grad after that.

We have a graduating class of 400. 8 hours for me. I already ordered a copy of Bob Woodwards "State of Denial" to read while they call up a bunch of people I don't know.

You're complaining about having to watch girls parade past while getting their names at the same time?

How big an age difference between you and your sis?

State of Mind. I would have some EKU 28 in an insulated water bottle and a catheter or a triple Depends. My HS graduation was far more bearable. As we waited to file in I noticed a VW bug illegally parked and talked enough of my pals into picking it up and wedging it front to back between two trees.

When it came to graduation from my small college I was in the senior option and was the second of 300 across the stage. That out of the way I could space out the rest. For you get a telephoto lens for your cell phone and send us pics.

I graduated with over 1200 kids, so it took a long time. Seemed like 7 hours.

My graduation wasn't too long, but I have a similar agonizing experience to share. I was at a really long wedding not too long ago, and I didn't want to be there. I knew from previous experience with that church that it was gonna be long and dull. I watched AC/DC's music video for its a long way to the top if you wanna rock and roll probably 20 or 30 times in the days leading up to it, and I was able to black out and watch that in my mind up until some ****head started singing this horribly gay song and playing his guitar. My dad was there and saw the look on my face, and knew immediately I was fantasizing about bringing a world of hurt to the guy.

I just got back from it. It was really nice. They had it outside at the front, and seats and bleachers for everyone, and they had a bus service that took people from ESD and another high school since parking at the place wasnt enough. At the reception that had lots of good food...not to mention being in a room with 200 very attractive ladies.
