follow up on New Year's resolution
I promise myself that I would lose 10 pounds and gain some serious muscle. So far, neither goals have been achieved.
My resolutions are going great. They're still in new condition, never been used.
I suppose I can use them again for next year.
Maybe I should use them as half year's resolutions and see if I can get something happening before the end of 2007.
Muscle weighs 6 times more than fat. You sure you haven't put on a bit of muscle and kept the same weight?
I had no goals. Yet somehow I've achieved something.
