Yeah, there's something going around the office here, and a few of my friends have caught something too. Very strange...

Ugh, my sympathies. Summer colds are especially demoralizing!

Go get yourself some Chinese hot and sour soup, or the hottest Vietnamese soup you can get your hands on. Clears out the sinuses, kills the bugs, revives the body

Hope you get feeling better, lodi781.

Several times since Sunday I've been feeling like I might be coming down with something myself. Fortunately, it hasn't come to fruition . . . yet.

Yes, it does feel weird in the summer.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

I swear, my throat and sniuses are killing me, I felt it coming on too, but I was hoping I wouldn't get it. I should be getting better as soon as the rain comes back...

We don't have colds down here, the only think cold is our drinks. But, occassionally we will have gripe. (that is what they call the same thing)

Pop a habanero in your mouth and you will forget about the cold.

I find cognac clears out the sinuses pretty well. Maybe not for very long, but long enough to fall asleep at night (The cognac probably doesn't hurt the falling asleep process, either. ).
