Too much estrogen. I like being able to gain muscle and not have boobs thanks. My hair is falling out faster since I quit drinking it, but oh well. Small price to pay.

Well, chocolate milk is the best thing ever, so I would imagine that an imitation thereof would be up there.

[edit: Wait, it tastes like chocolate, and gives you boobs? Where do I sign up?!]

You people have lost your minds. Whole milk, from a cow, ice cold and copious amounts of Hershey's syrup. If you are lucky enough to live in dairy country, whole, unpasteurized, organic, milk.

Here's a secret man, you're likely getting more estrogen from the cow than you will get from a plant.

Just thought you should know

Whoop, sorry. Forgot there were real reasons to avoid milk. Ex girl went through a vegan fashion faze. The crap would try to get me to drink, shudder. Not even the orange juice in her fridge was right.
She always seemed to fall off the diet whenever grill and steak came together too.

I dont think i've tried chocolate soy milk yet. Not sure if i'd like that.
I also use My soy milk 97% of the time with protein shakes so that kind of discounts getting it or much of it.

I love soy milk....rarely drink any chocolate soy milk though. If I do, I don't buy chocolate soy milk...I take vanilla soy and mix a little carob powder in to chocify it.

I loves my soy milk.....I haven't had regular cow's milk in at least 2 years I think.

I'd be willing to try soy milk, but I really can't see giving up real milk. Mmm.

I dig the choco soy milk! As for non-chocloate I usually drink almond milk so as to not over-do the soy. Not that I believe the negative hype of it, but it's not good to over-do anything and as a vegan it's easy to over-do the soy.

I've got to say, though, that if you're looking for a good non-puss, blood, and hormone drink, try Very Vanilla Silk soymilk. It is like liquid marshmellows, very good!

As for the confused one that thinks you grow boobs because of soy, I hate to say it but you've been brainwashed by the dairy industry who are very worried about all these other products right now. They are spending millions of dollars a year trying all they can to discredit soy and other viable plant based products.

Regular milk tastes so bleah. SO much lacking of taste compared to soy milk.

Here's a secret : You get Estrogen precursors from too much processed soy intake. You can develop Moobs and suffer from a reduction in Testosterone production.

Bovine estrogen ingested in milk is mostly destroyed in the GI tract, the precursors in Soy aren't and do enter your system.
