I wake up to them, then they might go away by them selves, or if I have Ibuprofen-and/or-coffee...they go away...then bam..a headache again in the evening and night. I drink enough, I sleep enough, I think I do a lot of thinks o,k and I get them constantly (this summer so far). One thing I have noted is that I don't think I am taking deep enough breaths. When I feel hot I try not to breathe deep, since I feel that will make more work for me, and heat up more..and when Im outside shooting hoops, I feel that sort of skip of a beat or some odd pressure in my heart area, and realize I dont think I am getting enough oxygen...maybe that's a cause. What could this be? I've never had this untill this summer. I do listen to music a lot, and I am on this computer a lot too-eye strain? Maybe it's the supplements I take in the morning. I dont eat bad at all either, or drink junk drinks. Arg, I don't want to keep taking advils and what not. Maybe just not be on the computer as frequently and drink more water?
