better aerial view than GoogleMaps?

Someone posted a link to some website that had great aerial views that was much closer and more detailed than GoogleMaps & GoogleEarth. Anyone have a link to that site?

TIA -danno

BTW, I've found Mapquest to be more current in my area. The google maps for this area are at least four years out of date.

try Yahoo's new map thing call Beta or something, it launches from where their original map page is.

Along with that, Microsofts Local Live has pretty complete coverage, albeit outdated in most places.

That's the same way it looks/looked when you did the live maps for canyon lake. Back when they did aerial flyovers i guess.

Interesting when we ride through (sorta) new subdivisions and plot the rides on Google. Looks like we're trail riding through the woods.

There's a petition asking Google to add cycling as an option (as well as driving or walking) to their 'get directions' feature on GoogleMaps if anyone wishes to sign. Details here: http://tinyurl.com/5c3fsr
