Any Foosters watching the TDF this year?

It seems this year tour has not been the attraction of recent years. The absence of celebrity riders like Lance Armstrong, Jan Ulrich, and Ivan Basso leaves this years TDF with no clear favorite. However, there have been some brilliant moments.

- Like Cancellara's driving finish

- Mauricio Soler win of stage 9 (a first time TDF participant on a team that was almost not included in the TDF.

Right now there is no clear favorite in the race. Stage 13 held this Saturday will be the first Individual Time Trial. It will be interesting to see how things shake out. This year two time trial courses have some hills and could possibly help Rasmussen improve his average time trial times. (But now there is a rumor about Rasmussen being removed from his team??? )

Any other Foosters watching the Tour?

I'm catching a few bits and pieces. I've only watched one or two stages fully. I'm so over the scandals and such, I'm barely interested anymore.

Why would I want to watch a bunch of roadies on the TV?

I've been watching this year's TdF!

Also have been waking up at 5:30 to watch the flat stages, and 4:00 or 4:30 to watch the mountain stages!

Yes. I record each day's race on my ReplayTV and play it back when I get home (skipping over all the commercials!).

Wire to wire. The haters are missing some great bike racing. How are these 'scandals' really affecting your viewing pleasure? Are these your close personal friends or something?

I've never been interested in watching sports on TV. Besides, I don't have a TV.

No, definitely not - I have no idea who moreau is and I definitely don't know if hunter won yesterdays sprint finish

I also don't know that Donna could watch the daily highlights on itv.com

I also have no idea if I'll ever find the sense of humor shop

VS sure makes it easy. If you miss or can't see it all in the am, I'm home before 7:00 pm to catch the end. Then it comes back on at 8:00 - 11:00 pm so I can see whatever I missed first time. So farm, there hasn't been too much excitement.

I've been watching it. I find the distances and scale of ride facinating. Usually watch it at 6pm when I am working out.
