A question for the hard-core

I know many of you must also wear a HRM during sex. My question is: can you get near your LT? If so, can you consistently do it without having to take a rest day the day before?

I wear a HRM every time I ride my trainer. And I always ride my trainer hard and fast. I like to do intervals, you know, all-out effort to the point of exploding, then recovery, then repeat. Multiple times. Sometimes I cry out. And I always feel sooooo good afterward.

Oh, wait, this was a question about sex.... Hm. If I ever experience that again, I'll let ya know.

I believe Sports Illustrated had Marla Streb do this. I forget what the data they got was, but I dont think she reached LT (not working hard enough obviously).

Edit: It was actually Bicycling Magazine.

I'm inspired as never before to do intervals. Never knew that's what intervals could be.

Of course, that'd be a lateral stroke.

Heh. Gives new meaning to the phrase "out and back."

The first time I bought a HRM, that's the first thing I did. My wife wasn't bothered by it at first, but she got annoyed because I kept looking at the display.

No, I did not reach my LT.

So, should we have a contest? To make it fair it should be the highest HR achieved minus RHR. We can have 2 divisions; normal (with a partner) and solo (so Cypress can play).

?
