How romantic...

I'm at my girlfriends and she's sitting in a chair behind me. I turn around and go to give her a kiss. She looks at me and says:

"You smell like...suasuage"

...moment, ruined.

We've all been there before....on both ends in fact.

I've had my g/f try to give me a long deep one and asked "Do you mind using some mouthwash first?".

Hey KT, wasn't it about a month ago on a ride along the B-G Trail when I said "It smells like sausage"? (or maybe it was bacon. I don't remember.)

Maybe the moment ruined but could be better in the long term. If she is comfortable enough in the relationship to make a comment like that that is good. On the other hand if she wants out of the relationship she picked a soft way to tell you which is good too. Take a deep breath, step back, and start integrating all the little hints you have been getting lately.

yeah, I remember that now. I think it was sausage. That was way up on the north end of the lake where the trail gets bumpy with roots.

I think she's calling you gay. Why else would you smell like "sausage"? Unless you are packing casings or something.

Tim, you really messed it up. That's when you're supposed to slip into a French accent and say (all sauve and debonaire-like) "Oui, oiu. Sausauge. hmmm hmmm", and then raise your eyebrows twice.
