So preseason for soccer is just a few weeks away, and being that this season is critical, and preseason will be hell, i need to get myself a bit more fit. Now for the past 3 weeks or so I have been playing for about 3 hours a day about 5 days a week, but Im still not there, so its not like I havent been doing anything. I think I have sufficient time to get myself ready for preseason and the season, I just need a good plyometrics and fitness workout that will do me justice. I wanna do it on grass, so I can wear my cleats and get comfortable on grass. Please, If someone has a great workout regiment for ultimate fitness(thats the only way I can put it) so I dont die at preseason(I talked with my coach, and he said it would be a doozy). Plus, Im a captain, I have to set some sort of example. Someone please help. Thanks.
