Pride is one of the seven deadly sins. Can you name the other six? Avarice, sloth, gluttony, lust, wrath and envy.

Thanks CycleMagic. Hope this year will be easier than my Sophomore year. I worked pretty hard that year. Summer was ok, i worked most of it, gained a small profit just in case.

USAZorro- Sorry i cannot list the other commandments even though i do go to a Catholic school. The reason being is i have a different belief in all of Religion. Back on topic, i rather feel proud and it being deadly than not feeling proud of myself....self pride is good to a certain extent.

edit: In my rush to post this, I didn't see the most evident.
Plus I made a mistake. But I'll leave it to prove I didn't see ....uh ya know, Zorro...

No worries. I was just giving you a friendly test, and you passed.

There's a thin line between feeling a sense of satisfaction in something worthwhile that you've accomplished, and getting all puffed up and full of yourself. The way I've heard it explained, if you can avoid feeling you're better than others, you're on the good side of that line.

ps - good luck with your studies this coming year.

Thanks. So far i think i should do well. If i keep up what i did last year, i should succeed even better. I understand what you are saying about thinking that you are better than others. I as a human, and many others, have had this feeling before. I hardly have this feeling, because i realize that not everyone can do things the way i do it. I have different devotions to things, which makes me worse at things than other people who have more devotion to something that i don't.

Congrats. Don't forget that life comes at you fast. Some times you just have to stop and smell the roses.

Well Russian kid;

I get to go in next week and prepare for explaining the rules to my 7-12th graders the following Monday. I hope you do well in the coming school year.

No advice, you've heard it all the first day.

Dominoes, while being a crap pizza joint, is very close to my house, and their cheesey bread is awesome! I rarely eat their pie.
