But you will have a good time. The city is a cool place to stay for a little while, but I miss the country. Check out the Bier Gartens when you're here.

congrats!

I have a friend from CO who just moved to Manhattan this past Tuesday - he's right now trying to get rid of his truck because of the parking - and finding parking. Cost him $26 to park an hour outside his building to unpack his stuff. I'm still trying to figure out the moving from CO to NYC though as he mtbs and rides road - but he likes to camp.

Why would you ever leave CO?

That's like checking out of heaven (if there was one =/).

Eboo, the cupcakes and pizza ain't doing it for you?

BT, ride your freakin' bike from WillyB to Astoria. It's only a few miles and it'd take longer by subway.

Nope I don't think you'll ever be able to take the country out of me. There are some really cool parts about the city, but not enough to make me want to stay here.

But I won't have a bike, the one I was going to bring was stolen, and there's no ****ing way I'm bringing the race rig down.

You're getting a lot of offers to hang out in the city...

You gonna tell them you're underage before or after the booking at the police station?

If they make you an offer, make sure you take into account the increase in cost of living. NYC is nice, but it ain't cheap.
