If I pop in the extended run battery and set for battery optimized I can pass 5 hours for doing light stuff, word, excell, and some surfing. 3-4 hours on the standard battery.

With one battery, about 2:30, and about 3:30 with both. It was more like 3:40 and 7, respectively, when the thing was new. (7 year old Dell Latitude.)
