I had to put PLATFORM pedals on my road bike

So that my youngest could borrow my "backup bike" :)

I'm a bit taller so far, so we'll need to find a shorter stem. He was complaining about his wrists hurting.

Get your kid some SPD's before someone makes fun of him. :D

I feel your pain. I put some platforms on my roadie when I lent my bike to a friend for the 5BBT.

But then I changed 'em back to clipless.

Too bad it doesn't fit. I'm swapping the parts over to another frame.

What size is the frame?

I might take it off of your hands.

Move back!

There are two toy stores. One sells "upper end" toys (i.e. this is not a toys-r-us) and the other sells antique toys on consignment.

Platforms with powergrips are kinda sweet

barndoor 08-20-07 08:12 AM

I use Performance Forte "campus pedals".....spd on one side and regular pedal on the other....really helps at stop lights. :)

Ugh. Good point!

Isn't that in the LD school district? At any rate, you're upwind, and therefore don't get to breathe the Derry air. :D
