Good thing the Falcons traded off Matt Schaub.

+1 on the Vick = dumb. Like so many, talented, yet stoooopid.

Google "Stupidity Tax." If it's not there, someone should put in in Wiki, along with a pic of Vick.

Yeah, believe me, the city of Atlanta is wide-open with this story.

Have you seen this?

Michael Vick Chew Toy.

I always thought his, "I bought the house for my cousin" line was crap. You've got to know, if it's not a rental, you're responsible for what goes on there. DUH!

Not saying he wasn't thinking of a 'do change to begin with, but losing the cornrows for a more conservative hair style is always a subtle way to look a little more innocent.

His buddies are singing and he'd better cop a plea, as well. No matter what, in the new Goodell NFL, his suspension will be quite hefty and it will probably not start until he gets out of jail.

Vick's little brother Marcus was a jackass at Va Tech, too, wasn't he? Perhaps idiocy runs in the family.

The reason the cops came to the house in the first place was to serve a warrant either to a cousin or to Marcus. The Police saw reason to check out the premises and all hell broke loose.

Personally, I'd like to hang or drown MV with my bare hands. Yup, I'm an animal lover.

Can you imagine all the inmates in the Federal Pen. that will want a piece of Michael Vick?

He better keep his "shake and bake" form on point...

When they interview college players, it isn't too hard to tell the bright ones from the (let's be nice here) ones that aren't the sharpest. I've always thought of MV falling into the second category, although before this, he did come across as a likable guy. I think it's more sad than anything, that he doesn't see dogfighting as something that's reprehensible. Part of that's his upbringing, and part of that's just poor judgement.

I'll stop short of excoriating him. Clearly he's involved, but we don't know all the details - some of which might be mitigating (to an extent). Besides, he's not all bad. I'll bet Carolina Panthers fans can point out a couple of his better qualities.

Part of it is sociopathic. For someone to have absolutely no regard for life like this, it's actually frightening.
