Is it for Windows?

If it is, then lose it, fast.

There's a few things that make it a keeper for me.

1. You can grab a tab, and move it out of the window to make two windows and vice versa

2. You can turn book marks into buttons below the address bar

3. Buttons are customizable

4. The graphics are sweet

etc...

Primarily FireFox
But I also use Opera and for those times I have to use IE, I use Avant instead which is an IE based version of FF or Opera.

I thought I read Safari has a lot of security holes which are easy to exploit when ran on Windows, but I could be wrong.

Yea huh

I did a little research and it does seem like Safari does have a security issue when visiting malicious websites. I guess i'll use it to stick to websites I know and wait for the final version of safari to be released...

Whoops, I'm a dumbass. I accidentally voted IE, but I use Firefox. I HATE IE. It's slow and not as safe as Firefox.

Funny how most people say Firefox is only 15% of the browser market. There's only one person who's selected IE so far =0P

Firefox 1.5 is my drug of choice. I installed a shiny new OS on my new computer at home, which came with Firefox 2, and I'm not enthralled by it yet. I may look into downgrading.

Sometimes I use IE7 because it opens faster than Firefox, sometimes I use Firefox even though it opens slower (for the extensions), and sometimes I use K-Meleon because it's based on the same Gecko engine as Firefox, but it's GUI is native to Windows and it's lightning fast compared to Firefox. It depends on what I'm doing. I tried Opera, but there are too many new things to learn. It seems like a good browser, but I just don't have the time to learn and customize another browser.

Firefox + Adblock + NoScript + Flashblock. Sounds redundant, but on most websites, I really don't care about an animated corporate logo, or people trying to sneak Flash shared objects as a way to track browsing. I also don't care for fancy Javascript crap from some third party unrelated to the site I'm browsing. Ads are on thing (and needed), but lame third parties who try to get around pop up blockers, or try using exploits (like the current unpatched one in Java allowing Java to put up a full screen) are something totally different.

Safari is OK, but it doesn't have a good way to purge browsing history (cookies, history, cache) in one action. Firefox, once I close the browser, it can be set to automatically clear all of that.

As for IE, IE7 in Vista should be decently secure because of the way it runs in a limited, protected mode, where it has no access to the registry. However, out of old habit, I still use Firefox.

Same here. NoScript is great, and simple. Turn it off for all sites except for the ones you want. No unwanted or third party scripts.

And with flashblock, you can see how many hidden ones pop up on websites.

Adblock, well, that's just the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I FireFoxed on my PC and it was a matter of
what you wanted to deal with more....Lock-ups(FF)
or crashes(IE).
Im rolling Safari on the MAC. No contest.
The only thing I dont like is the active mouse pointer.
Very annoying. But, thats not really a browser issue.
