Alright, my salad is boring ... what do you have to trade?

Oatmeal for breakfast, italian green beans for late morning snack, salad now .... whoot, have a piece of fish for supper (4 pm).

Who wants to trade? Who's got that killer sammie they want to get rid of?

Sorry...my little bean soup thingy I made last night came out pretty good, so I think I'll keep it.

I'll trade you a vanilla latte granola bar though.

Or...you could skip the salad and just come over and share my bean soup with me. We can have the vanilla latte granola bar for dessert.

I've got mung beans w/ chicken, and chicken adobo to choose from here. Either goes well on rice.

Got a ham/turkey/avocado/pepper jack on sweet wheat, here. But I think it would be rather soggy by the time it got to you, not to mention the hunger endured while waiting.

Smoked turkey, cucumber slices and organic heirloom tomato slices in a low-carb garlic and herb tortilla.

1/2 a thin slice of poppy seed roll for dessert.
