The most perfectest food in the world

Chicken fried steak, perfect for any meal of the day. Recently, went on a two week driving trip through CA,UT,NV, and AZ. Tried nine different chicken fried steaks, including two in one day. The best chicken fried steak I've ever had, not just on the trip, Peggy Sue's Diner in Yermo, CA. The canned peas and curly fries were perfect accompaniments.

here's the most photogenic

So how many miles biking to burn off these two meals???

Biscuits & gravy with a side of pizza (pick your topping) and wash down with a beer, there's no discussion!

^ worth it!

Being from Texas, I know chicken fried steak. That top one looks like the way mom used to make it. Dang, I might have to go to the diner for lunch now.

I don't think it would taste very good in the morning with coffee, eggs, and hashbrowns.

I have a friend who is Catalonian and works as a chef. He made paiella for us not long ago and I will agree that it at least ties chicken fried steak.
