I did a 41 mile ride on Saturday. Didn't eat anything. Bonked toward the end. Nothing a sandwich and a can of Red Bull couldn't fix when I got home. My goal was distance, not time. I granny geared the hill climbs and coasted down hills. Not setting any speed records here.
