We hiked into and spent the night at the Mt. LeConte Lodge in GSMNP the past two days. Here are some pics from the trip.

It was 8 miles in to the Lodge and 5 miles out. I would guess we walked another mile or so around up top too. 14 miles is plenty for my 7yo (and me too right now).
