well this sucks big time

Just got a call from my manegment co. from my condo. My water heater blew and precked the guys apartment underneath mine. My apartment is fine from what they say, no damage except for a small puddle behind the heater. Thank god for home owners ins. It just sucks having to coordinate everything from 3000 miles away.....sorry, had to rant.....

they shouldn't. My ins and the condo's are gonna argue now. The thing is, its the guy underneath me that has to wait. either way, I have a 250 dectutable, so it's no real skin off my back. My capt. from work is gonna put the new heater in, so it's really just the fact that it happened that sucks so much, espescially now that i'm half way through my trip.....

Sorry to hear about what happened. That's really unfortunate timing.
