All fish recipes i've had are 375 and generally 15-20 minutes. I find 19 minutes or an average internal temperature of 170+
Please understand the time may be adjusted a bit by how thawed out they are.
I'd try 7 minutes, rotate/flip perhaps, 7 minutes check temperature with meat thermometer if you have one.
Otherwise try the flakiness test. I've found from experience 18+ minutes usually
