Help with redesigning BikeForums...

Well it turns out some of the descriptions for the different forums are getting old and i have been asked to come up with new ones. I'll start.

Instead of:

Quote:
Fifty Plus
Share the victories, challenges, successes and special concerns of bicyclists 50 and older. Especially useful for those entering or reentering bicycling.
Fifty Plus
Colonoscopies, hemorrhoids, erectile dysfunction, prostate issues. Come here to let the rest of the world know how your body falls apart after the age of 50.

Reminds me of this old thread (from my early days here):

Stereotypes about different Forums.

This was the post that absolutely cracked me up!

That's probably the Vehicular Cycling subforum.

Advocacy and Safety is more like:

Post freaky stories of death and destruction, or just generally whine here.

I'm in one of my weird moods again, 2 hours of sleep, caffeinated, and slightly ill (physically folks...my mind is not ill, it's just interestingly warped)

Road Cyling: "I removed my carbon fiber bottle cages because the bolts weighed too much"

Mountain biking: "Hey, stop bogarting my J"

Recumbents: "I ride this just to piss you off"

P&R: "We drank the Kool-aid, and if you don't, you're a commie"

A&S: "Welcome, now let me nag your eyes out and crap down your retinas"

Bicycle Mechanics: "penis does not go there"

Living car-free: "We are like the priesthood, we shall forever remain chaste" (hey, I'm a car-free person for the last 5 years...I'm giving myself crap here too)

Commuting: "Have you raged your cager today?"

General Cycling: "post stories about underwear related crotch infections here"

Touring: "at least we aren't the roadie forum"
