Do you like the new BikeForums.net T-shirt?

Personally i think the logo that was picked is ugly and the worst of the lot. How do you feel?

Here is the shirt: The Official BikeForums.net t-shirt poll

How is it that someone so hated by everyone can be advertised so much?

Is the fact that the crank is at BDC indicative of the posts on this forum?

If you don't like the one that received the most votes, then make up a design and get it printed up.

It's not that difficult to do.

Starting a post to say how much you don't like the one that won is sour grapes.

Cypress, the RYANF on the back is only an example of the option to spend an extra $5 or whatever to get your user id on the back.

I actually like it. It's simple and to the point. Personally, I'm going to get one with my username on the back. Bravo guys.

I can't see this being used outside of a BF gathering. I have a feeling it will develop "stains".

I think the word that strikes me is PLAIN, and boring.

I think they rushed it too much because there were some good late arrivals.

Where would one order? None of the threads I see give any details about when it will be available, how to order, etc...

Personally, No, but it won because people voted for it. I like the idea of the username on the back. As far as late entries... oh well, some were quite nice, but you have to have a cutoff date. Ya snooze ya loose, as they say.

Carry on.

Where did all of the votes for this one uni crank design come from. Yours was leading and them BOOM! Did they all come from the Road Forum?

Heh heh.

Starting a poll regarding another poll about whose results you were upset. And influencing your own poll with leading opinions like " i think the logo that was picked is ugly and the worst of the lot."

FOX News is looking for pollsters like you.

Personally, I like the design. It's simple, easy to read, and obviously about bicycles. The first example above would either lead people to think you have a Best Friend of a Boy Friend (most people who would see you wear that BF t-shirt would not know that it meant Bike Forums unless they came in for a really close look). The second one is okay, but if it didn't get created in time to be in the competition, then that's tough.

Again, I provided you a wonderful option if you want one of those. Check out Cafepress.com.

I understand wanting everyone to buy one design because we can probably order bulk from a company for cheaper, but why not create a couple popular designs at cafepress and allow people to order separately? Anyone care to volunteer? I will do it if there is some interest, but I can't guarantee when I would get it done.

Upset? Not really. I wasn't going to buy one anyway. Well, maybe if it had a naked pic of that female pole vaulter that cypress posted, i might reconsider. But other than that, I'm not a "club shirt" sort of guy. In fact i find the whole deal a little weird, but that's just me.

I was just wondering if the entire community had bad taste or whether it was limited to that thread.

Once I realized that I could get t-shirt without ryanf on tshirt, I became much more accepting of tshirt. Not sure I want to walk around with "Jsharr" on my back. I mean i get enough **** thrown at me when I walk the streets in anonymity. Why give the haters more reason to be hatin is all I'm saying.
