I hate milk, it makes me feel lethargic. I guess that makes me lactose intolerant. Anyways, I drank soy milk by the gallon via cereal, but have been recently been told it messes with hormones of growing boys (me), so now I'm on half soy/half rice and occasionally almond.

Soy milk has more substance to it, and tastes better, but whatever.
