Why? It can only benefit you as long as you're not a moron as well. Your boss should be able to see who's competent and who's not.

I've been working steadily for 8 years at various jobs. The one thing i learned is that every new person seems like a moron, including yourself. Also, every job has a moron, some more than others though. This one...many more.

Too many lawyers that are willing to sue at the drop of a hat is causing this. I would love to tell "my moron" to hit the pavement and to leave her desk key and security card with HR, but the 15 pages of documentation just might be enough to satisfy the stooge that sits in the corner office that has a University of Florida Law Degree hanging on his wall.

If you are as high as you can get in that company than the "morans" *tee hee* must be your employees.

I never thought of my employees as morons. Because they only know what I have trained them. If they do not know what they need to in order to run a smooth business, than I have failed them as a manager.

I gave my employees the utmost of respect because in order to be the best, I had to train them to be the best. And if they feel they are the best they are happy. And if they are happy to be working at this company then they will provide the teamwork, the dedication and the desire to make this company thrive.
