The Heineken cans sitting in my fridge are 710 ml. How big are yours? That didn't sound right, but you know what I mean.

I'll ignore the type of beer depicted, but damn, is that a wine bottle?

Be sure to take a whiff of the cork before you pour!

Yeah, yesterday was the first time i saw them at the LB here. I just wish they had the mini-kegs of Warsteiner like they used to

I thought the 40oz I saw out here in Socal was crazy big. Not sure what it is, but never remember seeing oversized bottles in Texas.

Those things are cool, but overpriced for the amount of booze they actually contain.

I have a 2 litre bottle of beer sitting in the kitchen. They are a tourist gimmick in the Northern territory. Same as this one http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/353/25818

So you got the Dutch equivalent of (US) Budweiser in a really big bottle?

Hey, I guess if it gets you where you want to go....

I'd rather get a growler of something fresh from the local brewpub. Bigger container, more than likely a better beer.

Growler example. 64 oz of goodness.

I get those big bottles often. Just not something as common as Heineken. Alot of the bottle conditioned Belgian ales I love come in corked seven-fiddys.

A friend recently refilled his 3-liter Arrogant B@stard growler at Stone Brewery... Great stuff, I need to treat myself to one of these.
