I'm not depressed. I'm friggin HAPPY. Largely due to the fact that I RIDE MY BICYCLE. You friggin depressed losers.

Moral of this thread: ride your bike or blow your brains out, but for Foo's Sake STOP WHINING about it.

Before any of you weenies do blow your brains out, be thoughtful enough to put down a tarp to contain your brains and bodily fluids. Leave your bike crap to me. You can make arrangements through my attorney, botto.

I'm trying, you fool. Give me a break.

I have put more miles in the past two months than most all the months before this year. I have been riding the crap outta my legs and hitting the gym like a freak on roids. I've been through fog, rain, cold, wind, and heat. Nothing has kept me from riding.
Yes, I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety a couple of months ago. My problem was not that I was suffering, but that I was putting my wife and kids though he77.

I'm trying to take your stance on this, PCad. Take it out on the bike. Make the bike pay for my problems. I think it's working for the most part. But the medication has helped too.

But, I promise, no more belly-aching. More miles.

I would agree with this for the most part, although perhaps a more tactful version of it.

Why not? Last year at this time, I was ridin' twice a day, albeit only 12-15 miles each time.... But I would not be here today if I hadn't.
