Oh hai

Finally got a car

'92 Saab 900S. 140k, correct transmission, leather, power stuff, sunroof. Lots brand new parts. She's one sick puppy but I've got it covered

So, Vermont is the middle of nowhere?

Nice to see you bought a Swedish car!

I don't think I would have paid 140K for it.

I think he forgot to mention that this is the 47-year anniversary model with a solid gold engine block.

hey a saaaaaaaab. The S is turbo, isn't it?

Watch out. The transmission will magically lose gears. Everyone I know with a Saab 900 has to replace the manual transmission at least once. One day you'll wake up with only 1st 3rd and 5th... if you're lucky.

Thanks!

This part of VT is the middle of nowhere, that pic wasn't taken here

The S isn't a turbo but oh well. Yeah, I know plenty of people who have woken up to a four-speed. One guy on a Saab forum I frequent has been through something like eight transmissions and one engine on his '92 900T. That's dedication!

I was going to say, the way the weather's looking right now, there's no way that's a current photo, or one from your location...

Haha, yeah. That pic was taken on Thanksgiving when it was still in the hands of the previous owner (aka, before it died).
