Blackberry Help?

BF is an amazing human resource. I'd venture to say that for any issue I'd find someone here with a degree of expertise.

Can anyone direct me to the best Blackberry support. Maybe if only a certain subforum in the Blackberry forum that so far I have found to be like the blind leading the blind. I figure if I can get great 'community' support and quick advice for my Firefox browser (and cycling) there must me a place for Blackberry.

I am not having a problem with it per se I would like to tweak it to enhance its usefulness and have the opportunity to ask a lot of stupid questions along the way.

Blackberry forums is great, but I have had much more success for help at the Pinstack forums. What's the problem?

Really can't say there is a problem ... just issues/questions/curiosities as I go along such as if there are other browsers I might try etc.

Seems wrong, the absence of authority from RIM, that one must be solely reliant on community support for a product one pays for.

Edit: Good site, btw. I might be on my way to getting a grip here.

I use OperaMini and it is 100x better than Blackberries. Just visit www.Operamini.com from your device and download it OTA.

I wish I'd known that when I had my Blackberry.

Also +1. Pinstack is more responsive, however (the only people on my BB Messenger list are from there, so far -- I think).

Then there's http://crackberry.com, which is alright, but found it to be slower than the previous two.

Seconded on Opera, although I use their commercial Opera Mobile product.
