Foosters, Who's voice makes you CRINGE inside?

Let's go the opposite route. Who's voice just goes down your spine like nails on a chalkboard? I mean voices you find REALLY annoying?

Here are a few that come to mind for me:

Fran Drescher
Rosie Perez

One of my old bar customers named Steve. Has a nasally, obnoxiously loud voice that has that different quality that it cuts thru any and all noise - and it pierces my ears giving me an instant headache. I've run in to a few people who have that kind of voice ....

Funny, those were the first two names that immediately came to mind for me as well.

Gilbert Gottfried could be added to this list, although he uses his annoying voice to be funny. Pauly Shore, on the other hand, made me cringe because whenever I heard his voice, I expected something stupid to follow.

George W. Bush has to make my list was well. When President Ford died, the local news had a nice feature on him as a lead in to the 11 o'clock news. I literally cringed when they spliced in an audio clip from Bush. I'm not going to go in to specifics, so as to hopefully avoid a P&R style debate, but the sound of Bush's voice does nothing to inspire or reassure me, and it usually inspires a negative reaction.

Now I have a new and interesting way to annoy you. What was your phone number again?

Any northern New Jersey or Long Island accent.

Sorry, but I just want to tear my ears out when I hear them. You know, like the voice Mike Meyers does when he did Coffee Talk with Linda Richmond on SNL(Cwoofee Twowk... no big whupp.... obsessed with Streisand...)

That's why God created the mute button on the remote control.

If God was an engineer who worked on the remote control design, then yes.

Myron Cope. I am so glad I'm not a Steelers fan, and that if I do happen across a game on the radio, I don't have to listen to this.

I was born in Pittsburgh, although we moved away when I was 5 years old. All I have to say is - holy crap, was that in English??? Even visiting this site doesn't help. That clip really makes you appreciate Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen!

The sounds of either one of them talking makes me want to take a dive off a 20 story building.

Hillary Clinton makes me cringe, not because of the sound of her voice as much as what she says.

There is a television ad for a local car dealership, and the lead salesperson's voice reminds me of a cross between an Israeli air raid siren, house cats mating, and metallic objects being drawn across a chalkboard... all rolled up into one shrill/nasal voice selling craptastic vehicles that nobody wants.

Oh man, I hate to be a basher here in Fooville, but every damn time George Bush steps to the microphone, our country is made to look foolish by this idiot who can't even speak the language. Who says nuke-ya-ler, and then keeps saying it! What a moron.

Stevie Nicks is the anti-singer.

Elvis Costello should bug me, but I like his singing very much. No explaining that.
