Don't ya hate it when....

Don't ya hate it when....you order something you are excited about. You watch the UPS tracking. You are disappointed when it doesn't make the scheduled delivery date, but you anxiously await it the next day. It finally arrives. You open the box with anticipation, and......it was shipped broken?

What is your latest Don't ya hate it when moment?

Yes...I totally agree. I do prefer to use brick and mortar stores. However, this product is not available at any brick and mortar stores around here that I know of. A very specialty coffee maker.

Heh, recently I bought something off eBay from a real store. It was advertised as "brand new in box/unopened." When I got the package, the box was certainly opened, seals were broken, it the product was obviously handled. It was very important that I got a new product (not to mention I paid for new).

It was a very busy month, so I took a while for me to write to the company. I eventually told them the situation and they wrote back "we don't believe you" and that was it.

So, I am stuck with the product which has never worked right from day one.

And to think I hated eBay before all of this happened...

I hate it when my car needs major servicing. Like right now.

On the plus side, I'm bumming a much more efficient car off my brother until I manage to fix mine.
