So I'm trying to sell my old house...

Edit: This previously had a link to a house discussed in this thread.

It served me well during the time I was there, and fortunately it has cleaned up well. The stain resistant carpets were a good investment, considering that we had 8 mostly-house broken dogs at one point. At least it covered up the aroma of the 23 cats that were considered to be part of the extended family. You really don't notice the smell all that much, except on really humid days.

The basement is really spacious - I could fit at least a dozen hitch hikers in there without disturbing the meth lab. Fortunately most of the chemicals were cleaned up after the S.W.A.T. team raid, and they found almost all of the bodies; they must not have checked the attic thoroughly - amateurs! The damage at the S.W.A.T team's insertion point at the back of the house has been covered over pretty well by lots of plaster.

The only real problem is that the lingering fumes can cause carbon fiber to delaminate, but really - who is that going to be a problem for? It's not like anyone will be storing tennis rackets in that middle room. The best news is that there has been more interest now that the price is down to $160,000. Wish me luck!

That place seems vaguely familiar. I wonder if I bought meth from you.

I'll give you $159k. Extra five hundred if the meth lab is intact, and three hundred more if the remaining corpses are female.

Ya know, I forgot to mention something...

When I was over pirating cable TV for you, I think I drilled into the sewer pipe from the upstairs bathroom.

I didn't think you'd notice, because of the other odors. Sorry!

I know this guy that might like it. He wants to use your old meth lab room for storage of his bikes or something like that.

Ha ha. What a sucker.

What on earth are you talking about? That house has character. Probably Jimmy Hoffa's body too.

Or in Tampa/St. Pete area where you would never sell it unless you were asking about 20 grand.

I bought a new home in Jan. 06 for 253, right at the end of the high market. It took a spiral down to about 200's, maybe less. Sometimes it does not pay to have the most expensive home in a neighborhood.

There are many many condo's that we had looked at before deciding to purchase a house that were selling for 200's. Now those same condos are being sold for 140's. (if they can sell them))

I should sell my house in LA and move out of state. I'm sick and tired of living here.
