*grumble*

I just bought a decent bike trainer yesterday, and now I'm too ill to pull it out of the box, much grab one of my bikes, replace the rear knobby with a slick, and actually use the sucker. :/

Guess its nyquil "diet" for me tonight and this weekend.

Why is it that those sort of things always hit for the weekend and ruin any plans you've got?

I got some bug 2 weeks ago Thursday night, I was sick and in bed / on the couch all weekend and Monday, then back to work on Tuesday. I was supposed to do a century ride that weekend.
