And the Giants are going to the Super Bowl.

Oh yes.

I can't Tynes made the 47 yarder in OT after missing two much easier kicks in the 4th quarter. So it goes.

I'm just glad we don't have to hear anymore about Bret Favre. 2 more weeks of that would have been tough. Time for him to retire by the way.

'72 Dolphins. Then Cowboys. Giants are way up there on that list too - having Coughlin leapfrogs them over a couple other teams.

If they play as well as they did a couple of weeks ago, we're in for quite the shootout.

Green Bay was awful. They didn't deserve to go to the Super Bowl.

That's what Green Bay thought. That's what New England thinks.

I'd say we have them exactly where we want them.

I root for the Giants. That's much harder and pays less. And it's the JERSEY Giants, regardless of what anyone outside the NY area may think. I may live in this stupid state now, but I'm a Jersey boy. The Jets may play in the same stadium, but they're the NEW YORK Jets, because they moved there from Queens.

It's complicated.

Sweet anticipation. Wonder if the Giants can sign a new kicker before Feb 3rd. Not that it'll matter.

This will be the first year in a long time I will not be watching the game. I wont be able to stomach the media on their knees in the attempt to have a love fest with the Pat's and Tom Brady. I hope the Giants win just to make the 18-0 meaningless.

Bills fans know there's only one NFL team in New York - and it's neither of the teams with "New York" in their name.

You're a despicable '72 Dolphins sympathizer.

I don't know what media you're referring to. Aside from NE fans, and the local media here, everyone has been pulling for the Pats to lose all year.

A) I hate the Pats. So do the twenty million people that live within 75 miles of my house.

B) The only time people in the NY Metro area remember Buffalo is when they eat Hot Wings. Is there four feet of snow there now?

You mean all the same outlets that are pushing for an * next to the Pats record? The ones that keep trying to remind everyone within earshot that the Pats are cheaters?

More like a case of sore-loser-itis.

Last year, I hated the Pats. Next year, I will go back to hating the Pats. This year - destiny awaits the erasing of the '72 Dolphins - who really weren't all that great a team.

I have no idea of how much snow is in Buffalo. Grew up in Rochester.

p.s. - Coughlin is the Bobby Knight of Pro football. Only Parcells and his girlie-man arms offends me more.
