Go out and run. The first couple minutes are hard. Then you warm up and it's not bad at all.
Meanwhile I am going to the health club so I ran ride a stationary trainer indoors. Actually it's much easier to run outdoors in thsi cold than ride. After I get back, I'll take my dog out running with me.
I went to run, very nice day 10 degrees and a strong backwind, half way. Dressed ok felt good with a 15 mph wind in my face it was a bit cold on the way back, but not much of a face anyway so what the heck. Glad I went but I almost had myself talked out of it. Thanks for the support, it is indoor tommorw.
