How do I completely clear my Calendar in Outlook?

So I have a laughably low limit on storage space at my company's server for my Outlook files. Idiots send me attachments on Meeting notices, and it's eating up all of my storage space. I have years of meeting notices.

How do I clear them out in one fell swoop?

use the delete button, or save your calendar off on to your hard drive using a personal folder

Delete?

Encourage your company to adopt a .. DARM system (Document Archiving & Retention Management).

Or try this ..

How big is your private drive(I am assuming you have an area to store files?)
Copy the email (if REQUIRED) to that drive
if not required...shift-delete

Do you have a decent, reliable home directory that you can create an archive .PST file, then enable Outlook's AutoArchive to move stuff there every week or so unless the item if flagged? That may be an option.

That is the best option, with a follow-up:

Create a server-based rule to automatically move any incoming email having an attachment in the range of 500K to 20000K to a "Large Mail" folder in your Personal folders.

Also, delete email in your "Sent Mail" folder that could have large attachments.

The items on the calendar are from the last four years. I'd have to go through every day to delete them, which is what I want to avoid.

I'm not trying to get rid of e-mail, which I do indeed accomplish by deleting e-mails and/or putting them on my personal .pst file.

My Calendar, however, is required to be on the server. How do I select all/delete?

BTW: Don't actually use this. If I remember correctly, it will completely reformat your hard drive.

Actually, it wouldn't work here, as the problem is on the central server, not my local platform. I have the same problem if I'm running Linux.

Have I sucked the joy out of the joke yet? If not I could keep going.

You can view your calendar items as a list, select all and then delete.

Just use the archive function and archive to your local hard disk. I do this for all my outlook entries, then you still have access to them as well. You company may not want you to archive e-mail though for legal reasons.

If you wish to keep the information, create a personal folder on your hard drive and archive all your stuff into it. It gets it off the server, and you still have it.

Or you can just delete them all.
