2 am, 21F .... and I just got back from a 5 mile ride ...

HA!

Was waiting for roommate to go to store cuz I was warm and snug into my room and ... downright lazy and finally said FOO-EY (complacent - pooooo) and so threw the bicycle clothes on and rode - turned out to be a nice ride too - little wind - little traffic - hmm so the city does sleep at night (actually where I live the corner stores, etc used to be open late - but due to being robbed, etc - they all close (can't blame them). So my ride to one corner store ended up being a big wide path and it was great. Actually I love night riding - and add to the fun factor that I did a thorough clean on the bike last night ... nothing like a clean bike for a good ride.

I feel goooooooood!

Just thought you'd like to know

Tude, sounds like a good ride. I've ridden my bike in my neighborhood at night when I couldn't sleep. Quiet, peaceful.... Felt like the world was mine.

Night time is probably my favorite time to ride, especially in neighborhoods.

I love Wee Hours bike rides. My town sponsors an annual Midnight Bike Ride too. Those are a blast!
