Mirona, truly great work! Show us more, if possible.

Actually it's just my own, but obviously it is heavily influenced by the old French bikes. I want to make bikes eventually, and so I've been drawing them since I was probably 15 or so. By the time I have a good place to try my hand at brazing, I'll know exactly how I want everything to look and function.

That's cool. Supposedly the Kogswell PR is inspired in part
by the Rene Herse and Alex Singer tradition--higher fork rake/low
    trail.

Definitely, and I like how you can get a Kogswell with different fork geometry depending on how you ride. Obviously they understand the importance of that, which is good to see. My drawing actually has more trail than I would have liked, but I don't think it will bother the ride any.

*edit - I'll explain some of these *

The requisite flowers. Don't ask me why, I never understood it either.

These four were quick pastels done at some parks in the US. You may recognize some things. I say quick because it was freezing while I was doing them!

Some of my sketches from an intro art class. It was pretty interesting. The piece of popcorn was my first piece from the class and also my favorite.

I originally went to school for graphic design. I then realized that art was the absolute last thing I wanted to do as a career. I'm going to school to be a physical therapist now Thanks for the comments, though.

Your sketch is rather nice; very focused and detailed, but don't be afraid to bring darker tones into the image.

I have absolutely no artistic talent, BUT I do enjoy seeing what everyone else is doing .

LL, the driveside view is very nice! Not watercolour, so...?
I can't see mirona's--there's just those little red x marks the spots... .
fuzzbox, looks like a good first try (a bit fuzzy though, on my screen)
WTP, love the koi! I know I've commented elsewhere on the other sketches...wasn't the koi a sketch for a tattoo? Whatever happened with that?

And Tude, let's see some doodles!

I wear it solely for comfort and convience, not inspiration, but I can understand why you would say that. Excuse please, I have to go eat my fruit hat for breakfast now.

I drew this several months ago at work. Couldn't tell you what I was smoking that morning.

I mspainted this after I got hit by a pigeon walking down the street. I poop you not, I had a pigeon shaped bruise for almost a week.
